Welcome to Scarfaze. By submitting your application or registering as an employee, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Scarfaze reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
As an employee, you are expected to provide accurate personal information, including KYC details, and maintain the confidentiality of any company-related information. Scarfaze grants access to its platform and resources strictly for legitimate work purposes. Misuse of the platform, including any fraudulent activity, harassment, or violation of laws, may result in termination of access or legal action.
Payments for your services will be processed at the end of each month to the account details provided by you. Please note that your payment is directly dependent on client payments: you will receive payment only after Scarfaze has received payment from the client for your work. Once the client payment is received, your due salary or commission will be calculated and transferred to your account at the month’s end. In case of any delays or discrepancies, you may request clarification or resolution from Scarfaze’s HR team. Both fixed salary and commission-based roles are subject to agreed terms and proper documentation.
Scarfaze retains the right to manage, modify, or terminate roles, projects, and assignments based on business needs while respecting employee rights. Employees are responsible for complying with company policies, maintaining professional conduct, and following project guidelines.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement with Scarfaze’s policies, including privacy, data protection, client-dependent payment terms, and dispute resolution processes. Any issues regarding the legitimacy or trustworthiness of Scarfaze will be addressed promptly through official channels to ensure transparency and confidence.
Employee Rights
As a registered employee of Scarfaze, you are entitled to fair and transparent treatment in all aspects of your employment. You have the right to receive timely payment for the work you complete, according to the agreed salary or commission structure. If any payment is delayed, you may submit a request to the HR team for clarification or resolution.
Employees have the right to work in a safe and professional environment free from harassment, discrimination, or any form of unfair treatment. You are entitled to access necessary resources, information, and guidance required to perform your assigned role effectively.
You also have the right to privacy regarding your personal and KYC information. Scarfaze is committed to protecting your data in accordance with its privacy policy and will not disclose it to unauthorized parties.
In addition, you have the right to raise concerns, provide feedback, or file complaints through official channels if any company policies or procedures are not properly followed. Our Rights

Payment Details
Payments are transferred at the end of every month. Fixed salaries offer stability, while commission-based roles offer unlimited earning potential based on performance. Options to request payments if delayed will be provided via HR.
Privacy & KYC
Scarfaze is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its employees. All data, including KYC documents, contact information, and payment details, is collected solely for employment purposes and securely stored in compliance with data protection regulations.
Access to employee information is restricted to authorized personnel only, and no data will be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. Employees have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, and Scarfaze will respond promptly to such requests.
